Who I work with

If you feel like you need some support for your wellbeing, or your health... you have found the right place for support

.

Many clients who I have spoken to want to connect with their wellbeing, and live a good life, whether they have to manage health concerns or not.

  • Proactive Health: Many of my clients are actually well and want to do what they can before their health starts to change, while others want to support their health conditions as they age.

  •  Active Support: Many clients already have health concerns and conditions that need support. They are looking for the right help—to manage their symptoms first and foremost, but also to protect their wellbeing and live a good life.

  • A note on putting things off: Some clients tell me they delayed checking in with their health and now feel they need to do something. Putting things off until it becomes a necessity is incredibly common. You might be experiencing overwhelm or health condition burnout from a continual effort to resolve symptoms, or perhaps life just got in the way.

  • Your current situation: You may have one main reason to get in touch, one condition that is impacting your life, or multiple diagnoses that overlap and you’re constantly having to explain how they connect.

  • Your past experiences: You may find it hard to explain your symptoms, or have been dismissed when you have tried to explain or get help.

  • Unsure if we're the right match? If you aren't sure if I can help, or if you just need a hand with the booking process, please feel free to email me. I am happy to help guide you.
